10. Is that a shield?
While Tony’s busy working in his shop and removing some damaged armor, it pans out to reveal something. What do they reveal? None other than Captain America’s shield on a work bench. An Easter egg to a film not yet made.
11. That’s a great commute!
Turns out that Gwyneth Paltrow only had to travel fifteen minutes to get to the studio and shoot Iron Man. That, in fact, was the main reason she took the role, because it allowed her to be home with her two young children during the entire shoot.
12. Rivals until the end!
Obadiah Stane (portrayed by Jeff Bridges) plays a musical piece written by 18th century composer Antonio Salieri. The director chose this piece, because Salieri was seen as a major rival to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Much like Stane was a bitter rival to Stark.
